Getting started with CCI Profiles is quick, easy and secure. Once we approve your application you'll have access to your account 24/7. There you can order reports, check status, and more.

Click on "Request Information" to the left and complete and submit the form and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

1	To sign-up today, please print and fully complete the CCI Profiles Service Agreement. If you are an employer requiring pre-employment screening reports print and make copies of the Employee Release Form for future use: Employee Authorization to Perform Background Check

Read and sign the CCI Profiles Service Agreement and fax or mail.
